Our Mission

Debt relief shouldn't require a translator

The National Center for Debt Advocacy — NCDA, Inc. — exists because too many people facing unsecured debt either do nothing, because the options feel confusing, or sign up for something they don't fully understand, because someone on the phone was in a hurry to close.

We built our program around the opposite instinct: slow down, explain the tradeoffs honestly, and let people make the decision once they actually understand it.

What you can expect working with us

01

Plain-language answers

If a question has a complicated answer, we'll say so and walk through it — not point you to fine print and move on.

02

Your money stays yours

Funds set aside for settlement sit in a dedicated account in your name, not held by NCDA, until they're used to pay a creditor you've approved.

03

No disappearing act

Your advocate is reachable for the life of your program — not just during enrollment.

Want to talk to a real person first?

No script, no pressure — just a straight answer about whether this fits your situation.
